Last night in Mandan seen two cars with junk on top tied down about 15 people milling around. Looks like they didn't want to stay to save the water. Where are the movie stars and the 4000 others at to help clean up the mess they created before it contaminates the water. how about a gofundme to help with the cost i understand there is money still left over. What a joke, protect my waters, my ass. ;:;rant

Packing Up

$33plus million cuz of these protesters---I say we recoup the dollars by withholding ALL government financial programs to the Tribes/Natives until we are dollar flush again! NO EXCEPTIONS--includes foodstamps, education funding, housing help, EVERYTHING! Then, all that money goes back to the State Banks of ND and all other resources from where those dollars came from.

Tees me off that there's more contamination risk from their shit, piiss and garbage than the pipeline itself, yet they will not voice any concerns of the 'junk' they have lying there risking the water....they sure in hell ain't protecting the water, this was nothing more than a big freaking POW WOW to get people to feel sorry for them cause they turned their noses at the piece of pie they were offered, went and started another Woodstock. All to claim to help mother earth...yeah right you frigging nut jobs...they are they ones 'destroying' mother earth. How frigging stupid for people to feel sorry and donate money like that is beyond me, only thing they'd get from me is a trash bag and a kick in the ass.

Drive a P.O.S. car to the protest, add 60" of snow and no plows (because the bridge got burned), guess what? The car is stuck. Add a month of below zero temps, and guess what? Now the car is stuck and dead. Now toss in some 40 and 50 degree weather, now the car is stuck in the mud (once the snow melts) and dead. Next stop, bottom of the river.

If I find one propane bottle on a sandbar this summer, I'm dropping it off at the casino.

And yes, I'd love to know where Mark Ruffalo and what's-her-face are today? The movie stars. And the whole rumor from last fall "Hang in there guys, Leo (DiCaprio) is coming..". Yes, where are the 10K people today, given that this is going to flood soon?

We have an impound lot next to our parking lot in south Bismarck, and you should see the "campers" that have been impounded over the winter... currently 18 of them. There was a FEMA trailer there earlier this winter.

You want a half dozen empty 1 lb propane tanks? Huh. I guess I'll start saving mine for you.

Not related to this thread, but JayKay you should check out the 1lb propane tank refill adapter from Mr. Heater. Refilling them yourself is dirt cheap compared to buying them.

Huh!? I might have to try one of those. I honestly don't use a lot of propane aside from grilling at home, but...

I know that Dean Nelson meant the 20 lb tanks. I think though, that given their cost, and portability, people won't let them float down the river. I was talking about the little 1 lb tanks, that I'd guess are laying around all over out at the protest site. I shouldn't guess though - I haven't been there myself. I can imagine though...
