I dunno, why does a non resident get away light, but a judge would nail a local to the wall if they poached?? Makes no sense....350? really smh

I'm not gonna say one way or the other on how a local ND resident would fare, because we don't know. What we do know is that decrepit piece of shit got away with little to nothing. What are we teaching others by allowing this to be the outcome for what has become a fairly high profile case coming out of the DAPL. We should know many more eyes would hear or see the outcome of it, so make a god damn example of him! Don't make us look week and encourage others to pull a monkey see monkey do. Big fail for the ND Justice System IMHO.

Its cheaper to poach a deer in ND than buy a non-resident MT deer tag

Being a non-resident now, $500 now allows me not to worry about the lottery system and only 6 months of no crime.... easy, that means I don't have to worry about it impeding my "hunting" season to "hunting" season.

Sarcasm.. It BS.

Do I have to carry a down with DAPL sign if I want to shoot a trophy mule deer anytime? Would I get fined more if I had a sign that said "drill baby drill"?
