Pressure canned fish

I am looking for recipes to can fish with a pressure cooker. Looking for recipes and steps using the pressure cooker. Please share here or PM me. Thanks

Do you need to use fish that is fresh or can fish that have been frozen be used?

My grandma used to do this. Frozen fish worked great. I'll see if I can get the recipe for you.

Look for "Ball's Complete Book of Home Preserving". It has a section on pressure canning low acid foods including meat, fish and shellfish. My copy is buried in storage so am no good for recipes at the moment.
