Prop. wash

Since I fish a lot of crankbaits in 12 feet or less was wondering prop wash on a 60 hp vrs prop wash on a 150 Yamaha 4 stroke. Think it makes much difference between the two as far as spooking fish?

I think propwash gets fish stirred up myself and I only really worry about it 6' or so maybe. If I find fish there, I often stop pulling cranks and start casting them
