Week before they were 46-48 on main lake...east end. Have had some cooler nights tho...would guess they are approaching 40. But we got another warm up coming!
What would a guy use to catch some walleye this time of year? How deep would you start? I've never boat fished in November before, but the weekend weather looks decent down here in Nebraska this weekend, so I was thinking of giving it a try myself. Any tips appreciated.
Jig and minnows/jig and plastics/jigging raps/rippin raps...not necessarily in that order. If your water temps in NE are still north of 50 you could probably still pull cranks fairly shallow and get some takers.
we were up on Box Butte 11-18 and were vertical jigging with snap raps ,shiver minnows, and cast masters in20-25 ft water ,caught small walleyes and perch. the day before a friend caught 6 in same area , but the bait seemed to have moved and we couldn't find it again, water was 39*
