The classifieds could use some work IMO. I think there should be a comment section to ask questions, call first dibs on buying an item, etc. the downside to this idea, is that people can say negative things to hurt the seller. My suggestion would be to allow the seller full control of the comment section. For example......if a stupid comment is posted by another memeber, the seller has the ability to delete their post. Maybe I don't fully understand the "power" of the classifieds on this site but in the past the "dead" nodak outdoors has had a solid classifieds that people continue to use.

Just my 2 cents

I think it would be good to put some of the classifieds on the front home page, or on the left of all pages. About the ONLY thing keeping nodakoutddoors alive is its classifieds. I still check it now and again and people are still selling quite a bit of stuff there.

I've been trying to work on that Wags. It has me bamboozled atm.

Rowdie, classifieds is on home page. I like your thinking. It would be good to get that rolling more.

This would occupy some time with lycan's avatar. I could spend a few hours with important comments on his lady friend

I would like to be able to figure out a way to let my members of my group know that I have posted on a topic, doesn't seem like anyone checks the group discussions anymore.

Currently people can subscribe to any group they join, but I hear what you are saying. I will see about getting a groups feed.

Not sure what this would take since I'm not a tech guy, but being able to stream video "live from the stand" into the website would be way cool. That way those of us who work could at least watch members hunt in real time.

I actually may be able to do this. You would, however, likely have to submit your streaming service to me. For example: your youtube channel, or whatever.

Another option might be allowing this in posts.

i dont actually fish. I just hang out with people that do and when they're not looking snap pics of their fish. same with deer hunting actually.

Cullin4.jpg

I drug this deer out of the back of someone's pickup in belfield and took a pic

What the heck is it drugged and then you lassoed him?

Politics window should be expanded to show the top 8-10 recent topics instead of 5, no one really cares who the top posters of the month are and they can scroll down to it if they want. Gonna be a lot of political chat in the next year and its easy to miss something because those top topics change so rapidly..

Maybe if it wasnt the same fucking shit over and over and over and over and over and over and over it might be needed.
I must admit that the dedication and stamina on display in some threads is absolutely extraordinary.

Camper (who I have blocked) is really dedicated it seems.
