usually mine are in a tangled mess in my tackle box or bag. doesn't take up much room but sucks when I actually want to use them. Some are on that black rubber tube which works well till I don't put them back, hence tangled mess.;:;banghead

years ago when I did more fishing we used to roll them up (around two fingers usually) and put them into small Ziploc bags (I think they were around 3-4" in size) you'd get a few tangles in them once in a while but for the most part I always thought they worked pretty well. they stored nice in the tackle box.

My new plan is those sheets for storing baseball cards. Hopefully cut the sheets down or find a version that is 2k2 or 3x3 so I can stick them in a small zip up carrying case like dvds or cds get stored in. Seems a trapper keeper size that's the same size as those sheets might be a bit bulky. But, maybe not. Or just use the cd/dvd zip ups.

I do the pool noodles. They are cheap, float (if they go overboard), and I cut lengths to specifically fit in my rig box (Tupperware tub).

Same here. i cant wait to start pulling spinners. although alot of you guys dont care for this method, it is my favorite and most effective way of putting fish in the boat. I like to tie my own. Gives me something to do on a rainy day.

This is my system too, I have 4 of the long ones that I keep in a tackle bag box. I can keep them in my tackle bag with all the rest of my stuff and just pull the spinner tray out and have 60 spinners to choose from.
Mrs johnr ties all our spinners, and can fill a 15 notch one of these in about 5-7 minutes.
I will post a picture of the tray, it works really slick, stores nice, and is neat.

golds and silvers are my go to on both DL and LOW. Hammered gold especially on LOW. bead color varies but I like to start with green and red.

great, now I am all hot and bothered thinking about pulling spinners on a sunny afternoon in July drinking a beer or two.

Not a more comical scene than someone trying to un-tangle a spinner out of the package (esp when the bite is on!)..tic tok..cuss words..tic toc..someone in the boat saying throw that effer..tic toc..now the heat is on..tik tok..2 more minutes of cussing depending how big of a cheapass one is..tik tok..5 mins is too long, she gone..

And for kicks while the tackle bag is open, simple fool-proof way for storing cranks 2 deep.

Spinners = fish. I don't worry about "other" guys.
