Sportsmen/women who litter

The tail race has gotten bad for people leaving beer cans/wrappers shoved in the rocks. Last couple times I was up there it perplexed me on how people can carry x amount of shit down there and carry x pounds of fish out yet cant bring the litter with too

The only place I don't always pick up litter is within the building I work...sometimes, I just like to see how long something will sit before someone gets to it. I sometimes give it 3 days, then take care of it myself.

Trail cams worked like a charm for me to put an end to garbage dumping on my property but there is a pool table in the ditch about a mile from my house. Looked like an expensive one too.

Things like that are perhaps stolen then dumped when they fear being caught with it. Take a picture and post lost and found. The owner may be missing it.
