up visiting family in nend. plenty of snow near the border and other than a little snow in the glenfield area the birds have a clear path straight up hwy 1 to damn near hwy 5. when it finally warms up they could find canada fast if they find an eastern path

Seen a few flocks of snows going over bismarck this morning. some of them were surprisingly large with two of them being the better part of three miles long.

Absolute shit ton of snows going north today just east of town. Flights were nearly nonstop with some flocks were several miles long. Also a fair few cranes starting to show up, man they definitely migrate back way earlier now days vs 20 years ago.

Piles of snows and blue from Garrison east to Whiteshield. The biggest concentration was right at Whiteshield, feeding in fields around town.

Oops. Meant to say west to Whiteshield. A bunch of them anyway, in the thousands.

No snows and blues this far east. Went to Fargo and seen a lot of swans so they shouldn't be far behind.
