She found a recipe on the web, right down to the anchovy paste. After it is aged, strained and bottled, she freeze dries the solids that are strained off, grinds it and we use it as a seasoning. A lot of it is garden stuff. When she starts making her own vinegar and growing anchovies, her 189th and 190th hobbies, she will use that too. The sauce is fresh and it is PHENOMENAL!!
