I use a Foreman grill quite often. My family thinks I'm nuts, but they sure eat my cooking: steaks, chops, burgers, paninis, etc.

A worthy repeat post from the archives. Trust me. It tastes like a "restaurant": It smokes like hell so have good ventilation; it's not only for ribeye. I wonder about a thick cut of venison backstrap...

Really can't. It's 100% the wife's doing. I think it is her 187th or 188th hobby. She found a recipe on the web, right down to the anchovy paste. After it is aged, strained and bottled, she freeze dries the solids that are strained off, grinds it and we use it as a seasoning. A lot of it is garden stuff. When she starts making her own vinegar and growing anchovies, her 189th and 190th hobbies, she will use that too. The sauce is fresh and it is PHENOMENAL!!

That's awesome. Good deal. She ought to load .243 shells.

Also: I'm glad you have your experiences and keep your marriage intact: That's a man. Best wishes to you and yours: And to the many more on "here" who didn't fuck it up.

That is all.

This is a classic opportunity to learn.......... get your wife on board and share the recipe, including a step by step procedure.......
I discovered Tatatakan seasoning from fishing buddies site long ago, along with a prime rib recipe which I am totally faithful to and it works every time just like the dude who shared it, this is the best site on the interweb despite the whacko socialists who contribute nothing of value
