I still haven't given the fisk a shot. When I was a kid my mom found some in a special bag designed to allow microwaving. We almost had to burn the house down afterwards.

Gator Sausage. Mark that off the ole list. Not bad at all. Was mixed with pork and a bit o heat to it. Actually, it was darn good.

Lutefisk is good as long as u can get enough butter on it. I flavor never really bugged me but the texture was something to be desired.
