Well, 2 years of probation versus 20 years to life is one heck of a bargain. It was the prosecutor though who wanted to spare the kid from having to testify. I am guessing the prosecutor holds all the cards in this game.

I’ve said this before but I’ll write it again as I feel that this might actually cause a pedophile to rehab.

Anesthetize, intubate, paralyze with a Neuromuscular blocker on a continuous infusion. Let the anesthetic wear off but continue the paralysis. The pedophile will be completely aware and alert, but 100% unable to signal that fact. Get the vent set to keep their blood O2 saturation high 80’s to no higher than 90. The person will feel like they’re continually just about out of breath, with no way to alert/inform anyone.

I can’t really think of any other way to impart that feeling of insecurity and utter helplessness onto pedophiles that they torture their victims with for a lifetime. Short of getting that fear, dread, and utter helplessness imparted upon them, I don't think re-hab is possible.

Don't dirty our hands with their death or torture. If the criminal loving members of our society would get out of the way we could cheaply handle them for life which may not be that long.
Use a small uninhabited island. Maybe one where we did nuclear testing. Drop them there. Drop some lumber and tools. They want out of t h e rain, build something. Drop a few animals and plant seeds. You want to eat, take care of the animals and garden. Drop them and forget them except for a few patrol boats who shoot anything trying to leave the island. What they do to each other we know nothing about. If DNA proves they were innocent an armed group can go get them. We cant bring them back from the grave.

I met dru while she war working at elrcoo multiple times, and she was an angel. i never met anyone before or after that was murdered by a schedule 3 sex offender. That changes a person spiritually and its like i can never go back to the way it was before and i would have no problem seeing the death penalty for those who hurt our most precious children.
What bothers me the most is how unfortunate Alfonso was spared the death penalty on a prosecution technicality, was it deliberate or incompetenceand now hes our states attorney what a shame.

Screw the death penalty, costing us taxpayers around $100,000 per year, per inmate, in prison. If found guilty, take them to a gravel pit, & shoot their sorry asses! Then scoop gravel over the lousy carcass.
