Is there such a thing as a good thermos? I filled my thermos with boiling hot coffee yesterday and barely two hours later it was ice cold. I know it was really cold yesterday but the coffee in my yeti mug stayed warm longer. I'd be interested to know if anyone knows of something that works better.

I have at least a half a dozen Stanley steel thermos's. They range from a couple that use a cork to the "new" ones with the pass through stopper. If I put steaming hot water in the night before they will keep coffee/soup/stew hot until it's gone.

I don't know how well the new lightweight Stanleys work though. I'd be interested to hear about them.

My Stanley thermos's seem to work pretty darn nice.

Stanley 100%, even better if you put then in a insulated bag.

I have a Stanley that's pretty good. My coffee mug is a Contigo. That is great. There are times I fill it at 8am (20oz of hit coffee) sip it a few times, get busy andwon't take a pull till 1pm. It'll still be warm. It functions just as well for cold drinks and won't spill. We have a few Yeti tumblers and a few contigos. I prefer the Contigo. It's not a thermos, but excellent coffee mug.

My best thermos is a Thermos Brand Wide Mouth. Holds a pot of coffee or similar amount of hot soup and keeps it hot longer than I want to be outside. I've set it on the ice and snow while ice fishing in a hub style house and dropped it into ice water while duck hunting and the coffee is steaming hot for hours. Don't know if that's normal, but I'll be buying another one just like it if this one goes south on me.

I have owned many different ones but "The Rock" by Thermos is the best I have used hands down.

Found my first Thermos rolling down the street still had the cork in it, that would have been in 1972, used it for years, finally got run over by a dozer. Those Contigo mugs are really good, they stay hot and don't spill all over when tipped

FYI, put hot tap water into the thermos or mug (to preheat it) 10 to 15 minuets before you pour the stuff you want to keep hot. It really helps.

It would be great if they made one (green) with a large enough spout to accommodate penises.

I'd appreciate it if y'all would stop mocking my penis. It is handsome and majestic.
