Permethrin on Amazon. Spray down clothes, do not spray on skin. Lasts for about a week.

I've been picking a decent amount off myself and kids for the last couple days. They don't bug me but come morel picking season. A guy can pull a hundred plus off himself during a day of hiking in the trees.
