I like how Lakeview Lodge gets in a pissing match in the facebook comments saying that is in fact 48.5". For their sake I hope they never measured it and just took the guys word when he said it was 48.5".

Well, now I am uncertain. I think starts out with some bad rep, then a few extra long paragraphs per post, then me bitching about how someone else is to blame, and finally getting in the last word, after 44 more pages of banter...haha

yes i am a sconi that has fished devils for 14 years, yes i caught that tiger yes i measured on the ice and came to 48.5,yes i am 60 years old and could not buy a 15 min. high that fish gave me! no lakeview did NOT measure it, yes i have never take over the limit. no i dont wrap mounts in the house, (cleaning station) YES i have no regrets not releasing that fish for it was close to death! yes the replica is going to cost more. yes i got a 25$ fine and finally i had good and bad reviews but would do it again

Couldn't care less about the musky. I saw a video on youtube yesterday of Eric Haataja fishing Devils Lake and he had "a limit of perch and walleyes," but there was six walleyes on the table.
