Haha we learned how classy of a joint the Comfort is. Wasn't a big turnout I think we had Sig, the legend, jig4pig, jaykay maybe, Joan wade and myself. I think Joan was a little disappointed by the turnout but we all had a pretty good time BSin. Those drinks are rocket fuel and the crowd reflected it. At one point Wade asked to borrow an unused chair and some lady said she was going to shoot him. Like I said classy. Funny though. Unfortunately they are taking crap over the FBO deal. Joan and Wade are solid folks.

got to say this vollmer...this topic is just like fishingbuddy at its best and worst. i turned 65 this past week and know a bit of something. toby banned me once and we exchanged emails over the course of a couple months. he took me and my boy fishing a few times so far this summer and i haven't met a nicer young man he is very nice and helpfull thinking that is why i enjoyed his articles so much when it cam e to fishing tips. the thing that i dont like is that he was the bad guy but i know different of the things he told me about what he did and had to do i woulndt want that job for sure after what he told me. i wasnt going to post this but my blood pressure meds keep me up at night and i wanted to say something about this its been bugging me for some time. i caught a 30 pound catfish my first time out with him i will always remember that. my point is that i feel that he is a very nice young man. if that doenst go here i understand just wanted to say thanks toby i will fish with you any day.

I got banned by Davis. All I did was change my avatar on FBO to the NDA logo. Boom! I was deleted forever. I have looked over there a few times, but the site is dead. There used to be thousands of views per thread, now there are just a couple hundred. Thanks again Vollmer!!!

I got banned close to the start. There were a few before me but when they posted a sticky thread with "NEW FBO rules" or some bullshit like that, I posted questioning a few of the rules, in a non-aggressive way, no name calling, no disrespect. Next day when I tried to log in, it wouldnt let me, I changed my password, tried again, still no go. I emailed their HELP which says they will respond in X days or whatever, never got a response. When they dont follow their own advertised rules, its hard to have much sympathy when they crash and burn. Ive bumped noses with the mods occasionally, even Timmer, and Joan was always decent in our private communications, but this happened near the time TOBY showed up, maybe he was just following orders from up above, but when I contacted the owner directly we had several good communications and he even wanted to meet in person to discuss some issues, which never happened, but he did get my login turned back on again, too late tho, NDA was already up and running and I have no interest in going back right now...
