I was fortunate enough to get a pretty solid rainbow in the tailrace recently and threw it in the freezer thinking I might mount it. There isn't lot of them around so I was curious if anyone has any photos or recommendations on some taxidermists for me to check out.

I don't do trout or salmon yet, but there's very few taxidermists in the US I'd want to do a big trout for me. Go to www.taxidermy.net and ask for recommendations in their fish forum. Be prepared to spend some money. Make sure you have length and girth measurements and lots of photos.
