Reading through and listening to the news sources he had two guns, one pistol which most report as a glock and one rifle that reports range from a Chinese style ak to every other assault style rifle under the sun. WTF............

I don't know about you all but I feel a little sick when you see and hear about stuff like this. I fully believe that at the rate we are going we could in the near future have some serious (battles) from the far left and far right radicals it is only a matter of time. The only other president that went through this is Lincoln and look how that turned out for him and the country.

Be the shortest civil war ever since the right controls most of the money, guns and the loyalty of the military!

Can't argue with that, but at least if I am or was carrying and if able to assess the situation and maybe react but that is where assessment and such comes into play and whether you can or will react or not. Most of these situations happen so fast it may be over before you understand what is happening. It is a instinctive reaction to the situation and most times instinct just takes over. Just have to hope to never be in that situation but if faced with it will have to deal with it and hope to make the right decisions.

I agree, just seems like Samaritan A takes cover and draws, and so do B,C,D, and gramma E. Could end up with everyone shooting good guys while the Joker skates away.... Awful situation to be in, maybe the phone video made it even more unclear...

Lets say you were driving by ---- you have your handy 300 ultra in the back seat. (PS how legal is it to have it cased under the back seat -clip loaded nothing in pipe ND? how about MN?

Anyway -- you drive by this scene- -- the first thing i would need to confirm is it real or some test? And who is the bad guy?

next you have your big ole mag barrel laying out the window --- while that may happen when your huntin (AKA Roady)--- now your in town --- who the hell are you right ---- some other guy with a gun sees you and overreacts.

TV is TV----- the only CC imo that would of worked in this situation would be the guy getting bullets fired at him. Real life -- who would of thunk two punches to the face and two down - one causing death. You dont see that on TV.
