Second hand info but I heard the tent city is always growing and they do plan on staying all winter. And people are dropping off food continuously.

Would be nice to be a spy in this camp and find out for sure where all this outside money is coming from for these people to up and leave their home states and come here to protest. Just seems strange to me.

It was either '07 and '08 or '08 and '09 where both years there were MAJOR blizzards over pheasant opener weekend. Not that I want a blizzard in Oct but 2'-3' of snow and 40MPH winds for 2-3 days might cause more than a few to lose interest.
