Without a doubt , my all time low as of now is TRACFONE.

Ordered direct from company and requested a phone that uses a Verizon tower because it's all that will work in my house, They sent ATT phones, Twice. Had to resort to tracfone chat sessions because I pressed 1 for English and couldn't understand foreigners. I wish I would have known 15 days ago what I know now. Doesn't help my situation but felt good to rant about the dirty scoundrels .

BNC bank in Bismarck, acct. open for a month and a month too long, that was many years ago.
More recently have had a couple run ins with Bismarck motor companies service manager and service writer over work that needed to be done on 2 separate occasions on 2 different vehicles and they were trying to weasel out of it to avoid warranty claims I think. I won those debates.:;:duel

Have a story about scheels, a few years back I saw a large gun safe with a sold sticker hanging on it with my friends name on it...........right next to the safe combination card hanging out in the open for all the world to see. I quick called him and told him not to accept that safe due to their screw up, he went down there and saw what I told him and they tried to refuse an exchange but he won that debate as well and they ordered him another safe.

Sears. Bought a bran new fridge from Sears in Bismarck. Freezer wasn't working properly. Impossible to talk with someone locally. Waiting list to get it worked on was over a month. Went to the store to talk with someone personally. Refused to deliver a new one without someone looking at it. Told them I couldn't go a month without a freezer. Expressed my concerns about their customer service. Manager could have cared less. Probably the worst customer service I have delt with.
