Nat'l Weather Service and ND Tourism have to have some sort of "deal". The wind forecast is for ideal conditions until so late in the week that people have already made plans to go to some body of water that they might not have had they seen 25MPH+ wind forecasts on Mon/Tues of any given week.

Never made it to "Mexican hat" but it was a beautiful day on the big lake yesterday! Did not start out good right away thou, our Terrova started on fricken fire! No joke, took a couple of minnow buckets to put the thing out! But another friend saved our day, and we boated a nice box of fish.
It would stink to only be able to get out on the weekends this year that's for sure. And if theres any chance of rain, well 100% it's gonna rain on you..like it is right now pounding on the roof of the camper.
