I believe they are collard, not " chipped".
My bad.

Although, it wouldn't surprise me if they were chipped as well. You can't track the animal that way, but, you can certainly ID them if they're caught or killed.

Damn I sometimes hate being such a skeptic, but, I'm skeptical. Unless the guy holding the wolf is like 5'3", the wolf looks like it'd go close to 300#.

That photo was taken about 8 or 9 yrs ago. At least that about how long ago I seen it.
