Its always the weekend or Friday night that the home stuff takes a dump, so its fix it yourself or ride it out until Monday.

Sucks to hear, unfortunately I've been there and done that and its not fun. Water breaks, pump failures, pressure tank problems, water softener pugging up. In the last couple years I have learned a lot more about home water systems which at least the good thing is when a couple neighbors needed help I had already been through it and had some spare parts so they were up and running quicker.

Funny thing, I was telling my brother who was helping me replace the water line from pressure tank to the house, that I had a feeling the pump is gonna go next being its been 16 yrs, and I should just order one and have it ready, well its too late for that..the pump beat me.

Got a good deal, maybe too good of a deal on a lawnmower with cab and snowblower. Loaded it up after I bought, everything looked good. Took it off the trailer a week or two later and this happened during that process. I can't find a replacement transaxel. Found out its'a 930-023 Peerless Transaxel. I've found a few that will fit, but my brake is on the left side. Everything else is on the right side.

When we were on the farm seemed like the coldest or stormiest day in the winter we would either have well or septic problems. Especially when we had livestock. What a darn pain in the butt that was.
Was great the last few years as we hooked up to rural water.

A friend was getting the combine ready in the morning and got a cramp. Pinched a loaf beside the machine. Combined all day then had a break down. Had to crawl under the machine. He said, "you know you are a born loser when......."

Turns out the electrical gremlins are at it on my well, after looking at the control box and messing with it, darn thing kicked on, not taking chances replacing it, so i got spared pulling the pump. i swear to god electrical parts will mess with ya, even when you triple check and all looks then..poof..doesn't work...poof..works, that just too funky for me.
