Ok, so you have found a nice little honey hole. Catching 2-5 walleye per pass. But they are all 12"-15". how long would you stay in that spot?

'Til I got tired of catching 12-15 inch fish, which would be about 20 minutes. Then I would move on to another spot that is exactly like that one or at least as close as possible. If the 15 inchers like that type of location, depth, speed, and bait presentation, chances are a school of bigger fish will as well in a different part of the lake. I might check back later depending on how the rest of the day goes.

by "pass" I am assuming you are trolling? Spinners? Cranks?

If it was me I would zig zag more covering varying depths and play with the boat speed, until you picked up bigger fish

Until I get my limit! Ha I don't know. A couple passes more to see if the big one bites then try another spot.

Try going to a bigger lure before you move.

or maybe even smaller - up at Devils the bigger fish will often want small leeches, small jigs, etc. - strange but true

take home message is to simply change things up - if still dinks then move on to larger pastures

nothing wrong with 15 inchers if you have a boat load of kids along, otherwise half hour of poking around to see there are any bigger ones in the area.

for me it would completely depend on the lake. If the lake normally gives up bigger fish than that I wouldn't be there very long. catch a handful and move on.
