6'0 and 224 here. Just like there is free beer tomorrow, I will probably start my diet tomorrow also. Seem to add 15ish every winter, not enough outside exercise! Then burn it off during spring summer and fall only to add it back in winter. Was down to 201 one time when dieting...found an app and website, sparkpeople, that did the trick. Track and enter your calories that you have eaten and drank daily and what if anything you did in the way of exercising. That made me determined not to go over my recommended calorie limit each day if I wanted to lose weight. TRACKING it works. Perhaps I will get back on that app and get myself back down to where I should be. Perhaps.

6'3" @ 240. Packed on ten pounds since October. Usually lose it in the spring. Life's too short for lite beer. Just need to get outside more.

I spent a hour and a half at the gym today. My body hurts. Only to come home and make grilled lobster butter fried scallops baked potatoes and cheese covered broccoli. It was quite tasty.

6"2" and 240lbs. I typically loose 10 to 15 lbs in the spring. I could stand to loose 20 to 30 lbs right now. I to am guilty of over eating and no exercise in the winter, but I like my cold beer and refuse to give it up.

One thing to be careful of boys - every time I have enough will power to lose a few pounds, I've ended up with a kid. Proceed with caution fellas!!

41 yrs old, 5'10" and 191 lbs. I was at 213 a year ago. Company has a 10 week weight loss challenge this time each year. Last year I dropped 24 lbs in the 10 weeks. I cut back on how much I ate not so much on what I ate. I also hit the treadmill 3-5 times a week during that time. When I'm on the treadmill I usually wear long johns with sweat pants and a heavy sweatshirt to really get a good sweat going. Once the 10 weeks was up I quit the treadmill and only have put 6 lbs. back on. We're currently in week 3 of this year's challenge and am hoping to hit 175 by week 10. There are several teams competing and 1st place each gets $100 gift card. I'm super competitive so that helps drive me to not let my team down and to try to get the top prize. Last year we finished 2nd which was $50 each. One thing that really helps me is hitting the treadmill before supper because it really curbs my appetite so I don't over eat. I also don't drink caffeine(going on 3 years) and have maybe one pop a week. Not a consistent beer drinker either, although ice fishing does increase my intake greatly.

Wags will undoubtedly make fun of my gym selfie. But this was me this morn at a gym in Cancun. I'm 6'3" and about 212. I ate enough Mexican food and drank enough booze yesterday to kill a college kid. Sweating felt good this morning.

On a side note I had to laugh at the people on the treadmills in there this morn. They are walking on a treadmill and looking out the window at the ocean and it's 80 degrees and there are hundreds of miles of nice paths to walk. Why the F u would be on a treadmill is not comprehensible to me

All I know is going to the gym is the quickest way to figure out if you wiped good enough.

For the life of me, why would there be a gym at a resort? You spend 1000s of dollars to fly 1000s of miles to do what you can do in your own basement. Just don't make no sense to me. But then I am 5-10 and 250#, watching the snow fly from my dinning room window while I clean out my tackle bags and thinking of spring fishing. Happy.Happy.#$%^&>
