Hope for the best for all the victims of these hurricanes and fires. I would much rather deal with snow storms and blizzards up here in the frozen tundra.

Amen brother. You don't have to shovel rain, but snow doesn't make my house go bye-bye.
Im not sure how I feel about fed govt bailouts for communities that are hit by disasters, repeatedly... Kinda think states should be the ones to pay for repairs, after all, the residents of those states choose to live where it is more dangerous than the rest of the country, why should we bail them out every year?
...and now an 8.1 magnitude earthquake in Mexico...seems like Mother Natures been a bit pissed off lately

I agree to an extend, but I guess if they are going to bail someone out, I would rather see it go to people that are working and just want to protect their families vs some of the big bank bailouts that happened during the housing crash.
the media has been saying all theses disasters are a result of collusion between Trump and the RussiansPlus the Tsunami threat to go along with that Earthquake. Thanks alot Obama
One thing I can't understand is people wasting time hauling and buying bottled water. All you need are containers, tap water will suffice!
Sarcasm right? You would still have to purify the tap water as most the treatment plants are off line during and following these deals. Hell during the floods of 97 our water was on a boil only for a while and no water at all for a bit
