I think owner Wade might be a little too detached from the actual functioning and politics of the site to make good decisions. Me thinks the mods were given some directives, which they attempted to follow through on, but in doing so they killed the site.... Also to blame is google and the US culture of greed.....

I haven't tried loggin in to FBO since the new site launch. I was the one who "mentioned" many times in a thread over there about this site. kinda nice to see how slow it is over there. 1,2,3 replies per thread is all. nice work voellmer. I don't post much over here but check it daily.

I never got banned to my surprise. I was pretty hard on Toby about his decisions and I slung plenty of mud at plainsman. I never login anymore over there and I don't miss it a bit.

I never got banned but I couldn't stand any more political and queer threads being on the front page. I like how it's done here....there is a section for it and you can go there and debate until you're blue in the face, but it isn't all over the front page. I also don't like blatant censorship by flat-out deleting threads and/or posts.

But to be honest, I never really give the other site a thought anymore and haven't posted there in months.
