5:30 tomorrow. Small potluck dinner on our road. Couple of neighbors and us are setting up tables, drinks, fire pit ect. Should be fun. What time do we eat?
Nah, I don't like many people in this town. Being in crowds in 90 degrees is not my idea of a good time anywayHa ha, depending on the weather thinking about heading to Berthold tomorrow morning for parade and big 125th celebration. You heading to the street dance tonight?
The last time I made brisket, we had almost zero leftoversI was thinking you were going to be almost tired of brisket by the time you got rid of that. Glad to here it's a neighborhood party.
Im pretty easy to please food wise. After eating some pecan-smoked wings, regular wings seem like peasant fare...
You should be cutting that up yourself anywayMaple Valley lockers in Enderlin do all my butchering. Now that they stopped doing wild game, Deer, Elk and Moose I go to Hecla S.D.
Yep, I could be. I have eaten lots of sausage from people who thought there sausage was so good. And not one time have I said dang I would pay money for this sausage. That's why I have a butcher shop that I trust make my sausage. So half way thru the year I'm not sick of it and don't eat it anymore. You should be cutting that up yourself anyway
Sounds yummyOk, so I'm on a coleslaw and BBQ kick I guess. Nachos last night with "hint of lime" chips, cheese, Kinders Honey BBQ wings sauce, and coleslaw to finish it off. Top ten!
Tonight, cheese burgers on the grill (with a little color in the middle, not hockey pucks), seasoned with Kinders Prime Burger seasoning. Accompanied by mayo, honey BBQ, Grillo's dill pickles, and COLESLAW! Also top ten!

I take my meat boned out and in gallon zip lock bags. I cut everything up myself. Just don't make my own sausage.
