So now the property owner that sued will go out and remove any corner markers…and $90 million in damages in the lawsuit sounds a trifle inflated/made up.

These landowners that want to make a big stink over corner crossing should yield the same wrath they give the public if their fences are on public land then too. Not one fricking fence post should touch public land or they should be fined!
