it's every year.... I've used it the last 2 or 3 years...

I believe that as soon as you purchase a license of some sort, it automatically generates the 3 month access code.
Oh nice!!

So I was using onix today and it's not showing any posted land. Is this a layer issue . I thought I was set to auto pay. It's showing who owns it, but it was easier the last 2 years.

Yep, probably just need to go into the layers menu and select the one that triggeres posted land. I see now the game and fish is offering the onX Fish, instead of onX hunt.... fer stupid...

Was up in Pembina County yesterday. Had the hunters breakfast and worked in an old cemetery. Then went on tour. Lots of land was physically posted. This was mostly north of Mountain, ND.

Think I have had Onx for almost 10 years . Color code my waypoints by years and see patterns on how and when birds feed in certain fields. Grew up with everything being private so asking permission had been engrained since a young age. I get a lot more yes as I get older not many people let a 16 year old on but asking politely for a few years in a row they let me and my buddies duck hunt and it got to the point they would call and ask if we are going before given permission to some one else.

Electronic posting: You're screwed if:
no signal
forgot phone at home
phone lost or broken
battery goes dead
don't know how to use it
don't have OnX or the ND G&F ap
Avenza doesn't show E-Post this year

Repeal the E-Posting in the next Legislation session!! PLEASE!!

It’s not that hard. Download the maps of the area you’re going to hunt. Had an E2 elk tag this year and had all of my unit downloaded before season opened. Lots of areas with zero cell coverage and it works just fine. Like anything, spend some time and learn it. It’s a powerful tool that can be used for far more than just checking posted land.

Phone batteries last forever, they make nice mag safe things charging packs that last for days. All see above a giant list of excuses. Fine by me, I freelance hunt damn near every weekend and own a whopping 7 acres of land. Guess if it’s important to you, the excuses go away.

You can use the downloaded maps in airplane mode too, albeit with a little less detail
