Keep in mind that the 1st Amendment prohibits the government from infringing on free speech. Unless NDA is a government agency or is receiving government funding its moderators can do what they wish regarding posts.

I’m well aware…. But I would hope the spirit of our God given rights are taken into account where ever we dwell.
