Working, well atleast that's what I call it, here next to Williston, the storm systems are deceiving when one looks at a radar to only realize that the rain clouds don't produce any significant rain especially when you can see pockets of yellow and orange cells within the system. It's strange when you can see that on the radar and there is nothing hitting the ground, not a familiar with western North Dakota. If I seen a system like yesterday roll through our site we would see monsoon rain hit but here it's different. Anyone have a thought why that's the case or is this type of situation I am witnessing just a rare occurrence?
