We are just a ppr league with normal scoring he went for 55 plus the person in playing had mark Andrew’s and he went for 18 in down 73-2 I had Tucker as my kicker. I’m going to need JJ to really go off to have a chance
I really think JJ saw Chase's performance and is licking his chops to do the same....

KOC has to stop getting so damn pass happy, jfc run the damn ball sometimes! 3rd and 1 trying to run the clock down in field goal position and he has Darnold drop back and takes a sack WTF are you thinking??? And Darnold needs to stop throwing into coverage jfc throw the damn ball away if it's not there on 1st or 2nd down you idiot! Situational awareness is not their strong suit, I'm not sure what is to be honest! They are going to get killed come playoff time.

I told one of my friends the same thing. If they make the playoffs the Vikings will consider the season a success. BS

Was really hoping they would shake a tough stretch off during the bye week, but it continues to look like they hit the strippers and cocaine instead of rest and recover. Starting to look like Darnold doesn't give a fuck. I was hoping he would gut it out to the upcoming NFC championship game loss, but he knows he has zero chance of staying in Minnesota and will have to learn another offense next year under another OC and HC, so why kill yourself. It's just a business.

It's always fun to read the "their offensive line sucks", "they don't run the ball enough", blah blah blah.

For Heaven's sake, the Vikings had 169 net yds of rushing against Jacksonville, FWIW Jacksonville had 167 total yds of offense.

The Vikes are 7-2, at this point it's hard to imagine them not finishing with at least 12 wins, and probably 13 or even 14. Do I think they are Superbowl bound, nope...Detroit and KC look like the most likely teams to play in Feb. Then again, just about every team is one or two injuries away from mediocrity. San Fran is the poster child for that this year.

Viking fans are often harder on the team than their opponents' fans.

You play to get payed, if darnold want to get an extension on his contract past this season then he needs to make better decisions on the field. There isn't anything set in stone for starting qb in Minnesota and I have no problem seeing jj sit out for a few seasons to gain some experience and bulk up the kid would get killed out there.

I think because of the rookie contract thing, McCarthy is the 2025 starter in MN. Darnold will want to get paid a bit better after leading MN to a 13 win season and probably a playoff win.

That will be a risky bet for coach and GM. If JJ turns into a bust, people will crucify them for letting Darnold go.

There's always a chance Darnold comes back on yet another one-year deal to "compete" with JJ, but the reality is he'll be an insurance policy for the coach and GM's jobs. If JJ stumbles in the early season, they can always shove Darnold back into the lineup, if he wins...fine, if not they can say it wasn't the QB position.
