    Firearm insurance

Most insurance companies (well, good ones) will go off the values you provide them. They don't ask for what you paid for the gun, they want to know what the estimated replacement cost is. In the event of a loss, they will usually issue a check for the replacement cost. Obviously, some firearms...

    Firearm insurance

Is this part of your homeowners policy, or is it something completely different? Most insurance companies will require you to provide estimated replacement values, along with the serial numbers. If you aren't required to provide serial numbers you better schedule your 10 BMGs and 30 ARs just...

Frame packs/ and GPS for elk hunting

I loved everything about Kuiu until I tried a good pack. My main complaint with them is durability. They make an excellent day pack, but they are certainly not built to haul heavy loads. Throw 100lb+ in there sometime and see how well the frame holds up.

If you have the money to spend, Kifaru is the only way to go. Exo, stone glacier, and mystery ranch are decent as well. Don't waste your money on a Kuiu pack. They are comfortable up to about 30lbs. Anything beyond that and you'd be better off wearing your high school back pack.

Everyone is different with regards to their caloric needs. 1,800 may work for you, but he may be better at 2,500. All depends on the person.

    Wedding diet.......

If you're looking for some simple recipes to spice up the healthy stuff, go to www.allrecipes.com and search the healthy food sections. I have tried a bunch of the recipes, and they were all pretty good. Salmon, tuna and nuts are your friends for good fats. White albacore tuna in the packet is...

    Elk Rifle

300 win gets my vote. Dropped mine at 565 yards last season. If I can't put one down with the bow in September, I'll be back out with the 300 again. Regardless of which caliber you choose, get to know the gun. The increase in elevation will have a big impact on the trajectory of the bullet. I...

Portion size is important, but it's more about what you eat rather than how much you eat. Everyone is different with regards to their caloric needs. I can eat 4000 calories a day, and if I'm expending more calories than I consume, I will lose weight. Now if those 4000 calories consisted of...

I've used the program twice and never made it past week 3 or 4. With work, family and hobbies, it was difficult for me to dedicate my free time to the gym. I still made it 4-5 days a week, but the program was designed for 6 days. I was pretty good about the diet (except on the weekends) and lost...

Short cut to shred is a great program, but it does require commitment. Stick to the nutrition plan a close as you can, and don't worry about all the supplements that he recommends. While they may help some, they are not needed and can get very costly. Stick to the basics (protein, creatine, fish...
