    Flash Alert/2315/Not Dead

Just received from the House floor: "2315 is not dead yet! Bill proponents are trying to attach 2315 language as a dirty rider to a "must pass" appropriations bill. Call or email your representatives NOW and tell them this dirty tactic cannot be supported. HOUSE EMAILS --...

Allen, thanks for that pdf. Very informative and worth saving. It was surprising the Little Missouri wasn't included as navigabile. Didn't our hero Teddy float down it when he chased the thieves? I am no authority but am thinking under 2315 all the non-navigable fishing lakes would be off...

At the most those 3 groups would total a few hundred voters. Did they ask you for your consent? What legislators have to worry about is the 140,000 licensed ND sportsmen who are emailing them for a no vote. Break that number down and add in family members of those sportsmen, easily 4-5000 votes...

    Ticks

I've used Sawyer Tick Spray on my clothes with good results. My tick season jeans will repell ticks for a couple months with one application. This year for the dog it will be a Seresto Tick Collar instead of Frontline. A few years back we were in the Turtle Mountains and picked up deer ticks...

Maybe there some hope after all. Your contacts must be working. Just received 3 replies from the Senate for a no vote. Is there a link for the video from the floor?

Agreed. However the laws are made by those that speak up. This whole farce has followed the same pattern, hide the bill language until the last second, then rush a vote through. It might be all over by tomorrow and everybody will have to live with it.

    HB 1021 - "The Database" End-Around

Data base my ass. The ND Sec. of State switched the annual corporate report from a paper form to an elctronic form this year. I could file my annual report in 10 minutes on the old paper form. I spent 2 hours trying to register this (^$#&*#@ form with the SOS office and when I got done I was no...

    HB 1021 - "The Database" End-Around

Just my perspective for what its worth. Back in the 1950s thru 1970s duckstamp $$ went to USFW to purchase rapidly disappearing wetlands in the Prairie Pothole region. DU played an major role. Willing seller-willing buyer. DU also donated into USFW programs to fund permanent conservation...

Sb 2315 - final house vote delayed!!

If I understand this right the Senate refused to concur with the House vote so now 2315 goes to Conference Committee. (???) Two members from each chamber discussus amendments and then it goes back to each chamber for another vote. If one votes Nay at that time it's dead. Correct? They are...
