I was up checking out Audubon this past weekend and there was a boat putting in on the North Arm and it got me thinking...Is there much for fish in it? Does the Game and Fish manage it or just whatever swims across?

Is it worth fishing? I guess I never think about it when I consider going to Audubon.

I fished it this weekend for a couple of hours before the wind picked up with no luck. Saw one smallmouth jump and a bunch of carp.

I have caught many, many, fish on the North Lake through the ice. I have also caught many fish from shore on the North Lake. Open water usually at dusk, or dark. Fish along the County road or drive down grain bin road. park on north end of county road and walk to the point to the east. floating jig works well.

Yay, a fishing thread! Thank you @Fitx. I don’t have much to contribute as I have fished that area 1 time in my life. From boat. Don’t think we caught much. Are there open culverts under the road so fish can move from lake to lake if they choose?
