Meats On!!! Put 2 chickens, 2 tame ducks, and a wild turkey in the smoker about 3 minutes ago. Slow smoke/cook at 225 or so should fit the bill. Injected both chickens with butter/spice mix, shoved bacon under the skin of the two ducks, and covered the wild turkey with bacon as I just skin my turkeys instead of pluck. I'll take some pics of the finished product when they're done.
