Calling all meat mashers, pork pushers, beef bashers, sausage stuffers, and jerking jerky jerkers for the 4th annual NDA Sausage Fest on January 23rd and 24th 2016. I have a butcher shop with 3 grinders, an 8 foot stainless steel table, hot and cold running water, knives, a rolling 8 foot stone top work station and bar, a smoker that can do 250 lbs of sausage at a time, and a bunch of other stuff to make this a good time. Bring you wild game sausage meat of any kind, pork, beef, or whatever else you want ground up and we'll see if we can get it done without any loss of limb. Loss of sobriety, sanity, or other other degradation of mental state IS however a distinct possibility. Last years total was around 950 lbs of finished product in the two days.
