Also find it curious that refineries, pipelines, power plants and other projects like that seem to require like 10 year epa studies and permits and these things can seem like they can break dirt in a year no problem. Makes you realize the other projects are made to jump thru a bunch of hoops for no reason.

Yeah there's definitely a lot of sneaky shit going on with these things.

With 50000 civil law suits against NV Energy. The lawyers/Attorney will add up if they would suing NV Energy individually. And a class action law suit with all of them together. I can't see a judge allowing this to happen to the residents.

There seems to be a shift occurring. I could very well see a judge allowing this to happen to the residents. Times are changing way to fast

Could be that the impact of a building with some computers in it is a little less than something like refineries? I know people are really buying into the datacenter bs right now, but people need to use some sense also. Datacenters arent going to use up all the farmland, they arent going to destroy the climate...
