Because CBD oil is a schedule 1 drug , It's right up there with heroin. That's how screwy the laws are. At the time my sister who lives out of state had heard about the benefits from It and was going to order some but she chickened out.

I read a while back where someone from North Dakota has filed a lawsuit against Jeff sessions but I've dug around and can't find it again , At the time I didn't read it but I do recall the topic was MMJ so it might of got thrown out by the judge. He does have several law suits against him though so he will be in the hot seat sooner or later.

The problem is that anything made from hemp can be considered an illegal by federal law anything produced from the seed especially cbd can be deemed illegal. This is controlled by the interstate commerce department all products traveling across state lines is open to federal law.
So the problem is Davey in order to sell cbd hemp oil in nd it has to be produced from hemp in north dakota. But with north Dakota conservative views on hemp or mj most won't invest in industry's that use this plant.
So until nd farmers can harvest produce some 22000+ different products from hemp it can't be sold in stores who are controlled by interstate commerce.
Your sister can buy cbd oil directly from a store that produces the oil in the state that it's legal.
It's like buying hemp clothes when i bought my hemp clothes from dash hemp they gave me 2 lip balms with cbd hemp oil. They assured me since it doesn't have thc it was legal to use.

One step closer to the end.
Yeah that is what I was reading to since we don't know for sure what going to happen it's just speculation for now until they act upon it. Its still messed up thats why I won't be investing in mj stocks anytime soon.
I guess the anti drug warriors will be happy as they are pouring themselves a frosty glass of the thier favorite beverages. Fucking hypocrites

"Sure, maybe Canadian pot stocks got inflated with hot air drifting over the border, as U.S. investors licked their chops at the thought of California legalizing.
That hot air is coming out. They’ll come back to Earth.
But the future is quite bright …

  • Canadian pot stocks can tell Sessions to go stuff his Vienna Fingers® where the sun don’t shine. His authority stops at the border.
  • I find it unlikely that U.S. state attorneys general will move to impede businesses that bring in millions of tax dollars. Though I’m prepared to be disappointed.
  • Canada is still going to legalize this summer. And that makes Canadian marijuana stocks shine even brighter by comparison."

I am staying the course. : ) Can only see this industry taking off. How soon? time will tell. The Canada stocks should do well.

The good thing is more people are getting educated and expressing the same frustration.

Good point Maddog , I've been overlooking the Canada markets. I agree some people will cash in bigly eventually, I jus wish I knew how much power and pull session really has. Could he actually cut funding from states that don't comply with his ignorance ? I think that's probably why ND is sidestepping the issue every chance the get , Unless they actually do think like sessions .
