ANS Stickers

I've been seeing lots of out of state boats launching at Devils Lake without the ANS stickers .
I went to the Game and Fish website to double check and all out of state boats are supposed
to have one . Why aren't wardens checking the ramps and writing tickets ?

They don't care as long as they can take your $3 for every license sold and use it for bonuses at end of year.. .

might have a temporary paper license and waiting for a sticker...

just bought your 3 day license friday (5-29) and applied for ANS sticker , receipt is good for 10 days ,till they mail it to you.
