Not just pricey, but WOW...read their warranty rules:

Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. We do not refund original or return shipping if an item is returned. We do not refund transfer fees. Due to high shipping costs we do not ship handguns to C&R licensees.



I think I would try to source the firearm elsewhere.

Allen, somewhat agree. I played with a Micro 9 Kimber with a built in red dot on the right side of the grip this morning. Very sweet!

People talk shit about the 380 (and the likes), however if you actually carry it, it's worth it.

380 ACP beats No ACP every time.
