Bismarck Ramps Status

Fox Island would have the depth to launch. The issue is a guy would more than likely run out of ramp.

Anyone with access to a small boat that you could carry and put the 10 horse on could have the whole river to them selves.

Or park the boat and dig out the waders. Lots places to do that...

Yup, this is at the desert. Seems like at least one needs to go in every year.

At least they are holding water in Sak. Can't complain too loud about that. The ramps I used over the weekend were fine.

ditto. tailrace ramp was usable too. not great, but not terrible.

We are planning on going to ft. Rice this weekend with the campers anyone hear how the ramp is there.

Not sure why they are making a big deal out of the river drop. Didn't drop it quite this far last year but the year before was a twin to now. She dropped to around 2 3/4 feet on the gauge but even at its lowest fox and most the other ramps were fine.

Rice is an oahe ramp so baring the lake being way low the river level has little effect on it. As of this weekend it has several feet of freeboard... Hell the bay is still near full.
