Brisket Sandwich

Sautéedsome onions in a cast iron pan over a Vortex on the grill.

Added the brisket slices with the onions and potato wedges in another pan.

When everything appeared close to ready the buns went on the grill to toast.

Brisket slices, sautéed onions, topped with horseradish sauce on a Kaiser bunserved with potato wedges and a cold one.

Both my wife and I were each one bite in and agreed, this is a repeat... crazygood!

ah, that looks good. reminds me to order some wing seasoning. I can't wait for the milder weather and summer so we can have "six thousand calorie sundays" in our backyard again

Looks good Mossy! :;:thumbsup 79, what's wrong with the weather in the winter here? I have been known to fire up the grill when its -10 out, hell I've even BBQd in a blizzard or two because I prefer meat cooked on the BBQ then in the oven or frying pan. ;:;boozer

tikka must be tougher than me, I use my electric smoker alot in the winter. I will cook burgers or brats every once in a while on the grill in the winter, but I think I do my best work when I have time for 7 beers while babysitting a ceramic grill. I feel the same as you, some stuff just doesn't taste right if its not grilled
