Just wondering if anyone on here or knows anyone that has one of these homes. Good quality? Reasonably priced? or better options? I am interested in these ones since they are in washburn and I live only 4 miles from them.

I know a older couple that have one on Lake Metigoshe and it is a very nice home. Has 4 Bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. Looked to be very nice craftmanship both inside and outside.

Give John Penner a call. One of the nicest men I've ever met. I was all set to have him build a home but my land deal fell through. You can pick out literally just about every material used in your build and custom design everything . It is in Canada so the exchange rate helps a great deal!! Delivery prices were very reasonable as well. Also, he has about 5 homes being built at a time , one in each phase of construction so you can always look at every level of quality when you are there!
