years ago a study reported mustard caused cancer. Rats were fed a tablespoon of mustard a day for three years and saw an increased risk of cancer. It equated to a human consuming several hundred gallons of mustard a day. ND is correct, moderation in all things.

Nutra sweet patented and owned by Monsanto is a chemical that changes into methanol and formaldehyde when ingested. It causes all types of neurological problems when consumed over time. It tastes like paint thinner and has a very bad after taste. I would never knowingly eat or drink anything that has it in it. Many countries ban it around the world but somehow it got passed by the FDA?
