yea that kinda sucked lol. So I had the ribeye. shit happens lol

Ya i'm still pissed off about it. That kinda thing is embarrassing, at the same time after being told that all we had was well done prime people are more of it than they have in months. Sometimes people completely confuse me. I had to look at the video to see what happened. One of our kitchen guys had an armload of empty boxes and clearly bumped one of them. I could tell he felt like crap and I had to make sure I told him I wasn't mad at him just the situation.

Oh boy, damn kids haha. Ya wine isn't our strong suit, even our distributor says "you want that in the box or the jug? Anything else we need to special order."

Actually, the "box" has been determined a, if not, THE superior vessel for wine. IMHO, it came out a bit ahead of it's time and should have been first marketed for restaurants. It makes me sad how we live in a govt zoo and get the feces thrown at us.
