In order to use a vehicle as a blind in ND, you have to remove the wheels, or at least jack it up and put it on blocks.

I've had this conversation with a Game Warden. I told him I am carrying a sidearm no matter what due to moose being in the area and I'm not depending on my child to react to that kind of danger if one comes at us. He just stared at me for a few seconds and then walked away.

Moose are not your worry been around thousands of moose through the years its the 2 legged most problems arise imo

It's not just G&F rules it is government in general. You really don't own your home either you are just paying rent to the government in form of property tax just to live there.
