Most people would agree that floods suck, water where not wanted can be awfully destructive. However, droughts are far more likely to cause long-term changes in population as people move away from droughts.

Short, which corner of AZ? We are in a rural area east of Kingman. The wife's brother is in Kingman. This is our 3rd time here. This time for 2 1/2 months. She thinks she wants to move. I am balking so far.
Most of our friends are in the easterly area of the Phoenix Metro.

I drove from Phoenix to Maricopa a few times last week and got messages on my phone about blowing winds and dirt, sand in the air. There were times I was driving less than 20 mph in order to see the road.

It can get down right nasty when those sand storms blow in the Valley and South.
Another reason to be up in Payson!
