To address this feedback and preserve competitive balance, B.A.S.S. will blend tradition with technology: a hybrid schedule that both highlights innovation in bass fishing technology and ensures that traditional techniques remain central to success.

You just want to revert to dog kennels and backhoes, I know your game!!

For shame!
Ooh… A no rules whatsoever tournament, with hidden cameras, secret surveillance by the film crew, etc. would be a hoot to watch.

Judges have to use non-technology to surveil you.

At the end, if you get away with cheating but not getting caught, you get to keep your weights.

At end of tournament the video is revealed of how the various cheaters did or did not pull it off.

If i were ruler: FFS or NO rods during practice. ZERO FFS for MLF type tournaments or what Guy said.^^^^

It's amazing how fast an area can be "fished out" and conversely how religious C/R produces scores of identical size fish. Stonewall Jackson Lake in The Hills is a prime example: It used to be total C/R for LMB; now it's a destination muskie lake and the DNR encourages LMB harvest.

MLF held an October tournament two years ago and a couple "6lbers" were caught on poppers: I guess the muskie are doing their job; as in one segment; a "grown" bass was caught on camera; skipping out of the water like bait: One dude landed a 40+in. muskie on a crankbait.

This lake also contains walleye which seem mostly ignorned...

That is all.
